U.K.'s Cameron Urges More Control on EU Migration

LONDON—U.K. Prime Minister David Cameron set out Wednesday one of the most ambitious aims to date for his plans to redraw Britain’s ties with the European Union, with a call to protect national labor markets by restricting the free movement of workers within the bloc, one of the fundamental principles of the European single market.
