PARIS—French business confidence stagnated in November as an improvement in recent activity was offset by concerns about the future, official statistics agency Insee said Monday.
Insee’s report heightens concerns the euro zone’s second largest economy will lag behind the fledgling recovery in the currency bloc taken as a whole.
