PRISONER DEATH: Rajendra Kumar Tiwari posed with burning candles and a photo of Sarabjit Singh tied to his beard as he paid tribute to Mr. Singh in Allahabad, India, Friday. Mr. Singh, an Indian prisoner, died of cardiac arrest early Thursday, Pakistan’s government said in a statement. He had been under treatment at a Lahore hospital for head wounds he received when two fellow prisoners allegedly assaulted him.
