MOSCOW—Russia’s government has no knowledge of European Union plans to bring complaints about the country to the World Trade Organization, Russia’s deputy economy minister said Tuesday.
Speaking to reporters, Alexei Likhachev said that instead Moscow is preparing to complain about the EU’s Third Energy Package.
