Congo Clashes Death Toll Reaches 100

KAMPALA, Uganda—The death toll from clashes between the Congolese army and supporters of former presidential candidate Joseph Mukungubila rose to 100, as troops battled to control the latest flash point of instability in the mineral-rich but restive Central African nation.
