LONDON—Veteran British television journalist David Frost, who earned fame in the 1970s for his probing interviews with U.S. President Richard Nixon over his role in the Watergate scandal, has died at the age of 74.
“Sir David died of a heart attack last night aboard the Queen Elizabeth, which is a Cunard liner where he was giving a speech,” his family said in a statement.
