Uganda Signs Deal to Develop Oil Sector

KAMPALA Uganda—The government of Uganda has signed a long awaited deal with foreign oil companies to develop its oil sector, bringing to an end several years of protracted talks and opening the way for the development of the country’s crude oil reserves.
