LIMA, Peru–President Ollanta Humala on Monday shuffled his cabinet, replacing officials in the key posts of prime minister and mines and energy minister.
Mr. Humala appointed René Cornejo as his new prime minister, in a cabinet shuffle that included changes to several other posts. Finance Minister Luis Miguel Castilla remained in his position.
