Ugandan Troops Kill a Commander of Lord's Resistance Rebel Group

KAMPALA Uganda—Ugandan troops have killed a top militant-group commander, along with 13 fighters in the jungles of the troubled Central African Republic, in a skirmish that follows the U.S.-backed troops resuming military operations against the rebels in October.
