Libyan Oil Ports Set to Reopen

LONDON—Libyan oil ports are set to reopen next week after months of closure following an agreement reached Tuesday on greater regional oversight of oil-sales proceeds.
But the rebel leader behind most of the disruption said he would oppose such a move if broad revenue distribution isn’t devolved to the country’s provinces, and an official with Libya’s state oil company said the agreement may yet fall through.
