Kerry Discusses U.S. Proposals to Bridge Israeli-Palestinian Differences

TEL AVIV—The U.S. presented Israel with a number of proposals to offset security risks if it pulls back from the West Bank in a future peace deal with Palestinians, Secretary of State John Kerry said during a visit.
It was the first time the U.S. has publicly said it was offering its own ideas on how to bridge the differences between Israelis and Palestinians after numerous rounds of peace negotiations in the past four months.
