Japan's GDP Growth Slows

TOKYO—Weak Japanese economic data released Monday added to questions about whether the aggressive economic program of Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, known as “Abenomics,” can sustain its recent momentum, or will be derailed by a rise in the sales tax in April.
