BRUSSELS—The European Union gave a push to Israeli-Palestinian peace talks on Monday, pledging unprecedented aid to the two sides if they reach agreement on their final status.
Negotiations resumed in July following energetic diplomacy by U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry. While the two sides are saying little about the content, the talks appear to have bogged down amid a familiar series of accusations and counter-accusations.
