OECD Criticizes Swiss Transparency

ZURICH—Switzerland still has much work to do to improve transparency despite recent efforts by the country to provide ways around its bank secrecy laws, a report published Friday showed.
The Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development said Switzerland failed to receive a compliance rating for tax information exchange and transparency, placing it alongside countries such as Botswana, Liberia and Lebanon.
